POOL RULES

POOL HOURS
 
Weekdays:               11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Saturday/Sunday:     10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Holidays:                  10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
 
POOL ADMITTANCE
 
A pool pass is required for entry.  The guards will strictly enforce the use of these pool passes for admittance. There are no exceptions.  
 
POOL PASS REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
 
 
1. Click on Apply online
2. Fill out the form, and a pass will be mailed to you
 
 
GUEST PASSES
 
All residents will receive 15 GUEST passes for the season.  Passes will be tied to your household via the barcode on your pass, and the pool staff will deduct them as used.  Additional Passes may be purchased (up to 32 per season) for $6/each or a 4-pack for $20.00.   Contact Management (540-751-1888  or ctownes@sentrymgt.com) to purchase additional guest passes.
 
LOST PASSES
 
Please log in to the pool pass system through the Access Granted Application Web Portalhttps://swimmingpoolpasses.net/edwards-landing/  to request a replacement.  Replacement passes are $10 each. Replacements will be mailed to you from the supplier.  Make all checks or money orders payable to Edwards Landing HOA and mail them to

PAST-DUE HOA ACCOUNTS
 
Only members with accounts in good standing will be issued passes.  The pool pass system will be updated to reflect past-due account balances throughout the season.  Accounts that become delinquent during the pool season will have passes deactivated.  If you have questions about your account, please call Sentry Management at 540-751-1888 ext 56622
 
SELLING YOUR HOME AND RETURNING PASSES
 
Upon selling their property, homeowners are responsible for returning their pool passes to the Association’s agent, Sentry Management. 
 
POOL MANAGEMENT
 
The Board of Directors of Edwards Landing Homeowners Association, Inc. is confident the Pool Management Company, High Sierra, will provide a high level of service in keeping the pool clean and safe for the residents to enjoy.
