The pool is closed for 2011  Watch this space for 2012 info.  AND DON'T FORGET TO KEEP YOUR PASSES FOR 2012--THEY'RE PERMANENT!
 
The Pool is managed by American Pools.  www.americanpool.com
 
The pool will be open from May 27 through September 5. The hours of operation are:
 
 Monday-Friday 11:00am-8:00pm Sat/Sun/Holidays 10:00 am-8:00pm
 
All residents with accounts in good standing are eligible for pool passes. Accounts that become delinquent during the pool season will have passes deactivated. IF YOU HAVE A PASS FROM LAST SEASON, YOU DON’T NEED TO DO ANYTHING BUT COME AND ENJOY THE POOL!
 
If you have never had a pool pass, or have an additional household member who needs a pass, please follow these instructions and passes will be issued upon receipt of a completed application and can be picked up at the Guard Desk at the start of Pool Season. Forms can be downloaded from the website at www.edwardslanding.com or requested from Loudoun Management (elhoa@lmainc.com or 540-751-1888 x106)
 
  • If you are a resident owner, please complete form EL102
  • If you are an owner who rents your property and wishes to allow your tenant access to the pool, please complete form EL101
  • Pool passes will be issued to residents over 14. After the opening of the season, children ages 10-14 may take a swim test to determine eligibility to receive a pool pass.
  • Children under the age if 10 and those ages 10-14 who have not passed a swim test will not receive a pool pass and MUST be accompanied by an adult at the pool.
  • There is no fee for resident pool passes. If you lose your pass, a replacement fee of $5 will be assessed.
  • All residents will receive 15 GUEST passes for the season. Passes will be tied to your household via the barcode on your pass and the pool staff will deduct them as used. Additional Passes may be purchased (up to 30 per season) for $5/each. Contact Management (540-751-1888 x106 or elhoa@lmainc.com) for purchase of additional guest passes.
  • No Guest passes will be allowed on May 27-29, July 3-5, or September 3-5

IF YOU LOST YOUR PASS FROM LAST SEASON, PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS ABOVE, BUT INCLUDE $5 PER PASS FOR REISSUANCE.
 
Please have applications completed and returned by May 20 to ensure passes are available on opening day. Pool staff CANNOT issue passes and will not allow entry to the pool without a pass. All pass applications take 2 business days to process, and no passes are issued outside of regular LMA business hours (8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday and 8:30am-12:30PM Friday, excluding holidays).
 
Lost pool passes are NOT considered an after hours emergency. Please do not use the emergency line for pool passes.
