Proposed Clubhouse Renovation

For the past 2 years, the Board of Directors has been reviewing options for making the clubhouse more useable for neighborhood functions, HOA meetings and resident use. They worked with W.A. Brown & Associates and came up with a design that you can view here:
The Board is seeking community input, which can be sent to elhoa@horizoncommunityservices.com. Once input is reviewed, a budget and funding plan with be established and published to the commununity. The project will require community vote and a special meeting will be held for this. Watch your mail and the website for updates!
