Kettler discussed plan for River Creek Village
Posted on Jan 18th, 2017

The original proposal included 92,000 SF of retail space.  A few years ago, Comstock purchased the property and proposed to rezone the property for residential with 100 stacked units.  The review was not completed and the application lapsed.  In late 2016 Kettler purchased the property and in December, submitted a rezoning application to Town staff for 64 Townhomes.  Links to the current approved commerical zoning plan, the Comstock plan (expired) and the Kettler plan, currently under review are below.  In addition, the full rezoning application is included in 2 parts (due to size).
The plan is currently under review by Town of Leesburg Staff.  Once the staff review is complete, the Town will hold public hearings for any rezoning and the the layout and plan for the community will be reviewed by the Town under Plan review.  Without any delays, the project could break ground in 2019.  The Association will announce public hearings as we receive notification.
