Loudoun Managment Associates (LMA) is a full service association management company based in Purcellville in scenic Loudoun County, Virginia and serving communities in the greater Washington DC metropolitan area and the Shenandoah Valley.
We have over 28 years of management, financial, and consulting experience. We have worked with developers, builders, and local governments and stay up-to-date on issues affecting our customers. We manage a variety of communities including formerly self-managed associations and associations that have recently transitioned from developer control.
LMA treats board members and homeowners as individuals instead of numbers in a computer. We strive for consistent, up-front communications about customer needs and desires and about LMA's responsibilities and actions. Our staff is well-qualified to help board members address the day-to-day HOA operations. LMA uses a common sense approach to managing communities.
